Our home is about 45 years old and had the original windows. After several quotes we contacted with AC Vinyl as the salesman provided clear information, answered all our questions and we were invited to tour the factory to see what the windows would look like.
Our installers Paul and Matthew were excellent in their knowledge and performance. We have oak shutters which we wanted to keep and they were able to install windows to preserve the interior look.

Our house was built around 1978. We had previously replaced the bathroom and kitchen windows but the house still had many of the original (45 year old) windows. Some people update their house just before they sell it but that means the new owners are the ones who enjoy the improvements. We don't want to do that. We want to be the ones who enjoy the benefits of the new windows etc.

We set up an appointment with Mike from AC Vinyl to give us a quote for new windows. Of anyone I have ever met he knows the most about windows. After talking things over with him we decided to replace the windows in the three bedrooms, the dining room, and the living room. The window in the dining room (and the one in the living room) was actually two windows separated by a vertical post. We decided to open it up and replace it with one large picture window without the middle post.

The work was completed in two days by Bob and his crew (Mitch and Adam). Day 1: replace the windows. Day 2 Install the trim. The three men that worked on our windows were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Their workmanship is excellent. The windows and trim look great! We could not be more pleased with the results. We highly recommend AC Vinyl.

Mike provided information above and beyond with respect to their product, with features down to every screw, and pricing to the penny. He com pared our current windows and how they failed and the improvements that would be made with their new product. He was very patient in our decision process and even helped with the information with respect to the Greener Homes Grant. With Respect to Installation, Bob and his crew were fantastic, accommodating and very neat. They rebuilt our windows entirely and we love the new windows, which are great from the upper floor to clean now, no more extension ladders. They even capped my garage door frame. All thumbs up to this team, from Sales to Installation.

Mike provided the estimate and a lot of information. He never rushed us. We visited the factory and were very impressed with the operation and the people were friendly and informative. Jake who was going to do the installation attended to inspect the area where the window was being replaced. Jake completed the installation and we were so impressed by his workmanship. It has been 2 years since the window was replaced and we are still extremely satisfied. Now we are looking to replace some other windows in our home and of course we called Mike. We also like the fact that the windows are made locally.

Mike came here to give me an estimate. He told me the windows were still decent and were repairable. He told me what to buy and how to do it. Went to office on Stanley and women helped me. Very friendly and helpful. My experience was friendly and honest people worked here. I won't hesitate to go back. Very pleased.

He will do it the right way....his skills are 11 out of 10... very friendly and so knowledgeable...he will listen to you...actually listen to any concerns you may have during the installing process.

My parents received excellent customer service from all of the staff they interacted with - office staff, sales representative and installation team. Everyone was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure an excellent job was done on time and within the quote. 12 windows were installed in a 70+ year old home and it significantly improved the home’s energy efficiency (according to an official assessment for the federal rebate program) . They are very happy they choose a local and family-run company. They can’t wait to open up the windows and let the spring breezes flow through their home.

This Fall we had Mike in to give us a quote on 12 replacement windows Just before Christmas the guys fit us in . We couldn’t be happier with the end result..Bob and his crew were great installers….with great attention to detail.When our energy audit was completed last week we were told he had never seen better efficiency numbers from just replacing windows..can’t wait for spring when we can open up our windows and let the fresh air in.
