We got quotes from three window companies and went with AC Vinyl Windows mainly because Mike, the salesman, didn’t just take a quick count and measurement and toss out a price. We have a seventy-year-old home and knew there would be issues. Mike took the time to examine each of our old windows and frames and identified where issues might crop up, and priced the job accordingly. The quote became the price and there were no surprises.
We were given a timetable of when the windows would be ready and when the installation would take place. Jamie and Sean arrived right on schedule and were very efficient. We were particularly impressed with the installation of the basement windows that we knew would be tricky. Sean fit the windows and framed them on the inside, beautifully. We were so pleased that we have called Ac Vinyl to do the windows and a door on our upcoming kitchen renovation. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this company to everyone. I had all of the windows installed in an old home in Niagara on the Lake. There were some originals windows as well as some from the 80's. They were able to stick with the design of the house and the difference in climate comfort in the house is unbelievable! Mike is an excellent no- none sense sales person and easy to deal with.
The installers were amazing as well. They had a difficult job installing windows in a home from the late 1800's but everything was installed perfectly.
I will use this company again in the future.

I wanted to upgrade 43 year old windows in a home I recently moved into. After getting five quotes I went with AC-Vinyl because I was impressed by their product specs and presentation by the salesman! Their price also happened to be the lowest! AC-Vinyl's installers were very professional and exact and they knew what they were doing. Their whole installation was smooth and never varied. We really do love our new windows!! We were looking for a local company that was going to give us good value for the money spent. We found A C Vinyl here on HomeStars and I am so glad I called them! Mike was fantastic, he came out and measured on two separate occasions as we did our windows in two jobs and he was so polite and friendly that we genuinely enjoyed having him over to quote for us. We came to Niagara Falls to the show room and we got to see the factory where the windows are custom made and assembled it was incredible. The windows themselves are really well made and we noticed huge differences right away with temperatures inside the house. Sean and Jamie the installers were very nice and extremely efficient and professional. They were very accommodating for us having to move around the house with our baby while they worked. I'm really proud of the work they did and of how beautiful our house is now with curb appeal added! Thank you for a job well done and I will recommend you to anyone in a heartbeat!

Dealt with them for the first time - extremely professional customer service by Mike :) - Windows installation labor was bit expensive, but certainly worth it because I am very satisfied with the real pro job !!! - hats off for their professional installer, Paul. Heeding the advice of the home reno guru Mike Holmes, I looked for a window manufacturer close to home to replace all my broken old windows. I found AC Vinyl right here in Niagara Falls. Mike Weiss is an excellent salesman--knows his product like the back of his hand. He presented "no pressure" informative sale visit with his installer. The price for custom made installed windows was unbelievable reasonable. They suggested all they could do, but kept asking me what I wanted- what style, glass type, trim- what I wanted. They measured twice to be sure before proceeding with the order. We got to see the factory and how everything is made. We got a warrantee for the life time of the windows and for 10 years on the labour. Paul and Adam installed all 39 of our windows, including the very tight space of the crawl space in the attic. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up everything. They answered all of my questions and didn't mind me hovering a bit. Mike was by the other day to follow up. I've paid for their services and have ordered more windows. Loved them. Would recommend them to everyone.

I've hired A C Vinyl Windows twice now for my home. They've removed and installed windows in my bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. They did an excellent job, they cleaned up everything and the end results were perfect. I would love for them to come do my cottage windows but sadly they don't travel that far!! But I've already recommended them to my neighbors! Great Job!

I was deciding which company to choose. I ask one friend and he said to pick this company. It was a good choice. The windows are high quality with a very good price. The guy who installed the windows, Bob, did an excellent job. We are very happy how the windows worked out. If people want to replace their window, I suggest A C Vinyl Windows. I had AC Windows replace our large front window last year and was very happy with the sales and service from AC. The salesman Mike was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain different options. When I decided to replace all the windows this year I asked Mike to come back and he helped me once again, the installers were great and left the house inside and out very clean. Mike followed up to make sure I was happy with the job. Excellent service all around.
