We have been dealing with Mike from A C vinyl for over a year now since opening a business in Niagara Falls. Having dealt with 3 other window companies we were relieved to have someone who knew the product and walk us through anything we wanted to know. Mike was easy to deal with and always tried to get us the best deal that was possible. We enjoy working with Mike and we will only use AC vinyl for our window needs.

The company was very accommodating and helpful. The install was initially projected to last two days but they brought a large enough crew to have them all done the first day. The finished project is wonderful and I love the bow window.

We had Mike come out and give us a quote on replacing 12 windows in our house. He was not pushy at all like some of the other places we had come out. He was very informative and knew his product well. He gave us many options to choose from. I had 5 other companies come out to also give us quotes. AC was pretty much in the lower to middle of the pack with their pricing. However, The windows they showed us looked superior than the others. From the time we ordered to the expected date of install was approx. 6-8 weeks. They did however come in earlier which was a nice surprise. Paul and Matt were the 2 installers that installed the windows. I can't say enough about these 2. They were very professional, fast and clean. They showed up on time and were exact on their time they set out for the install. The windows look great! They cleaned up all the mess and left nothing behind but great looking windows. We would recommend AC Vinyl to any of our friends for sure!

We just had 2 large bedroom windows installed by a terrific employee of A C Vinyl windows by the name of Paul accompanied by his son. The windows are beautifully made and the installation was done with perfection. This is the second time we used A C Vinyl for windows and we'll definitely have them back for our next stage of window renovations. Mike represented the company very well, professional, courteous, on time, responsive and well informed.
His team lead by Jamie were great, they arrived on time, worked full days, cleaned up at the end of each day, professional, courteous and finished as promised in three days. The quality of the work done is exemplary. Mike visited during the renovation and I would recommend A C Vinyl.

Purchased 10 awning windows to use as replacements for 36 yr. old sliders. Took the old out to the studs and installed the AC Windows making my own sills, brick mold, extension jambs, etc. They are TERRIFIC! Great quality, easy to operate, best windows I have ever installed. Used to own a remodeling company - now a DIY, retired, & on call for the "to do" list. Great people to deal with. Order was ready when promised. I highly recommend this company.

I had three windows replaced with casements and I am extremely happy with the results. Mike was very knowledgeable in educating me about replacement windows, he even repaired one of my older windows at no extra cost. I will definitely be using AC Vinyl for the remaining windows when the time comes. The installation crew was great and the overall finished product look great.
