My parents received excellent customer service from all of the staff they interacted with - office staff, sales representative and installation team. Everyone was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure an excellent job was done on time and within the quote. 12 windows were installed in a 70+ year old home and it significantly improved the home’s energy efficiency (according to an official assessment for the federal rebate program) . They are very happy they choose a local and family-run company. They can’t wait to open up the windows and let the spring breezes flow through their home.

This Fall we had Mike in to give us a quote on 12 replacement windows Just before Christmas the guys fit us in . We couldn’t be happier with the end result..Bob and his crew were great installers….with great attention to detail.When our energy audit was completed last week we were told he had never seen better efficiency numbers from just replacing windows..can’t wait for spring when we can open up our windows and let the fresh air in. Our experience with AC Vinyl was exceptional!

Mike (sales) was very knowledgeable and gave us several options for what we wanted - from low cost to higher cost, giving us pros and cons for each. We felt good about our choice.

Bob (installation) and his crew Adam and Mitch did an amazing job. They took out the old window and put in the beautiful new window with great care. Nothing was damaged and everything was cleaned up at the end. The guys worked with precision and pride in their work, respectful and had great attitudes.

We are loving the beautiful new window.

We had two very large double casement windows in our living room and dining room replaced and a french slider in our kitchen replaced at a fraction of the cost we got quoted from some large "premium" window companies.
We could not be happier with the result. All steps of the process - from Mike giving us a quote on site; to the payment process and finalizing window styles/trim colours etc. to the very excellent installation and trimming completed by Bob and Ryan.
All and all - a beautiful and painless process with very satified customers.

What started as a 5 window replacement in July ended up as a whole house replacement of 10 windows in our older house. Mike was our first contact and I was overly impressed with his knowledge of Windows that he sells as well as the knowledge of his competitors windows. He was easy to talk to and we decided to do our 5 upstairs windows just to see how we like them. Jake was our installer and he does a superb job and is very friendly as well as he also answered any questions I had. After the first install (full replacement) we liked the windows and installation of them so much we decided to do 5 more windows on the main level. Jake completed those today and we are extremely happy with both the look and functionality of these high quality windows and will be replacing the remain 5 windows next year. If you want high quality windows then look no further than A.C. Vinyl as you will not be disappointed! I will come back and leave a follow-up after our first winter with these new windows next year.

The window installer, Jake, was truly a craftsman, he was professional and meticulous with his work. Their employees genuinely exhibit pride for what they do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a job well done! They know their stuff!

We has all of our windows done including the basement windows. What great decision to go with AC Vinyl. Mike was very knowledgeable and prepared the quotes while on site. Nikki was awesome taking payment and sending the receipt right away. The pricing is very fair for such great quality windows, professional installation and service. Paul was an installation wizard. His helper was great too and they cleaned everything up and took all their debris. I would highly recommend AC Vinyl and their whole team. Ive included a pic of the front of our house. Replaced all the windows in our lake front cottage a few years ago with AC Vinyl. They are STILL fantastic. I would recommend these folks to everyone. I am from the US and have to figure out how to import their units to my residence. Looking to do a project this coming Spring. Love their attention to detail and quality. Top notch!
