As my 24 year old shake roof needed replacement, I researched the type of shingle I wanted to put on my roof. I decided on a CertainTeed triple laminate fibreglass shingle. I wanted the best quality to match our house.

Not everyone wanted to put that shingle on and I as I found out it does take a level of expertise to do it correctly.

My research indicated whoever gave me an estimate I was interested in I should ask for proof of insurance and Worksafe BC membership.

I received three estimates and Adanac included that information without my asking. That came from Dave L. The estimate was very reasonable and very competitive with other Companies. My house was a big project.

I met with Dave and was convinced I wanted Adanac to complete the job. I met the Owner Dan and was very impressed with all the discussions we had.

The job started August 20th with Brad and his 5 person crew taking over. Our house is about 50 squares, no flat area and about a12 slope. We felt we really got to know Brad and his crew very well.
Brad, Miles, Gord, Steve and Peter thank you very much for putting a difficult shingle on our roof. You cleaned up each day and were very careful to protect our garden area.

I had already received a quote from a competitor but as my new roof was done by Adanac only 4 years ago which was very satisfactory I thought a second bid would be useful. Adanac was $950.00 less than my first offer and therefore I chose them to do the reno. Trisha delivered a written confirmation within 24 hours following my phone call. We agreed a schedule to co inside with my outside painting. The project was completed perfectly and on time. The help provided by the Adanac crew was exceptional. A special thanks to Dan who saved me a great deal of inconvenience during the installation. Few companies fulfill what they commit to but this company does all and more. Anyone can be comfortable doing business with Trisha.

The job was finished quickly and looks great. The installers were very friendly to my kids and dog. Very happy with everything. The warranty is outstanding. We compared prices and another company was almost the same price with only a 10 year warranty, compared to the 40 years with Adanac.

Our home needed to be repainted and to have new gutters. From our first meeting with Trisha to discuss the options for the gutters to the actual installation by the efficient crew, the whole experience was highly positive. Trisha co-ordinated the removal of our old gutters to occur just prior to the painting and once the painting was done, the new gutters were installed a few days later. We were very impressed with the quality of work and working with Trisha was a pleasure. We would not hesitate to use their services again if required.

I bought a 28 year old rancher in december and this was my first summer in the house. As a result of a bad roofing job in 2005, I had 7 wasp nests developing in the wood fascia and soffits of the roof. I had them removed but the problem would continue every year unless i had the roof fixed. He gave me great advice as to what options I had and inspected the entire roof while also doing minor touch ups with the roof silicone. Adanac have been great to deal with. They did our roof 3-4 years ago. Had a great bunch of young men working on it. There behavior during the day did them proud along with their quality of workmanship. This was also a comment another neighbor made after they used them. Hence.....that is why we used them a second time around.l We would not hesitate to recommend them to our clients, which are many, as my husband and I both sell R Estate and are cautious as to who we recommend.

We decided to give Adanac a try since the company has a high HomeStars rating and an A+ rating with BBB. I was impressed right away when they were able to give me a quote within a day. The quote very clear and detailed. Adanac's staff member, Trisha, was very accommodating and helpful. A day before the job, we were unsure about the gutter colours so Trisha asked us to send her photos. She helped us choose the right colour for our gutters and she was responsive to our questions. The gutters were installed beautifully and the onsite staff cleaned up completely after the job. I would definitely go back to Adanac for future projects. I highly recommend this company. They definitely lived up to their rating and BBB rating.

I just want to say thank you to the impeccable work completed at my house done by Adanac Roofing and Gutters. Trisha dropped me off quote she was very knowledgeable and a very nice to talk too. Her quote was not the cheapest but I decided to go ahead with Adanac anyways. When the gutter people came to put my new gutters on they were fantastic. Extremely friendly kind and hard workers. They went above and beyond . when they were all finished the clean up was great as well.I would recommend adanac to all my friends and family and anyone who needs new gutters.
