We suffered significant roof damage in the 2018 wind storms in the Toronto area. We had a temporary tarp in place and needed a full roof replacement.
We originally hired another company who was slightly less expensive than the quote we got from New Steel. However, that company never showed up. After paying a deposit we waited months to get any information. No install date was set, winter came and no help was provided.
We turned to New Steel for help and were not disappointed. They were easy to reach and agreed to honour their original quote from months earlier. The crew arrived within days, and the job was complete in a week - and on budget.
We were very satisfied with their customer service and the crews attention to detail. We’re happy with the final product and with the whole experience.
