The men were on time, very efficient, an excellent job! The installation was tricky, getting the washer rand dryer to the location in our house was a challenge. They removed our old appliances and took all cardboard with them. Just a job well done.

Technician did not bother to show up without notice

zero customer service... I purchased a washer and after 6 weeks it stopped working, I have been trying for days to reach the customer care team, but no one would answer the number.

Purchasing the product was a good experience....the sales staff were professional and helpful.

Delivery was in good time, however I guess the delivery service just drops off the item...they do not unpack it or inspect it.

Purchased new stove, the sales guy promised it would be delivered by March 2nd (2 weeks), before taking non refundable payment. Didn’t get delivery until March 15th. Later found out that delays are industry wide due to COVID, willing to cut them some slack, but salesman should not of promised early delivery. All worked out in the end, as tenant is not moving in until the 20th.

Damage new products and bad customer service

Really bad service from CAS. I will never recommend CAS to buty anu products. Its customer service is also irresponsive.We bought 3 products from CAS in 2021:
1)Gas Stove
2)Ventilation
3)Refrigerator

1) Gas stove's digital screen is popped out and not flat.
2) On Ventilataion hood we found scarctches.
3) Refrigerator is not cooling enough from first day.

all appliances are brand new and still we faced lots of problem. When we call customer service then they are also not giving proper answer about next steps. I never recommend to purchase any item from CAS. Its waste of money and waste of time.

Bad installation the first time, and need for supervision the second time after we watched on YouTube. I believe than many daily deliveries, workers pay per day not hourly encourages taking of short cut.
