I bought a Frigidaire fridge from CAS on April 25th
On the morning of May 5th I I received a damaged fridge which was returned
On the afternoon of May 7th I received a fridge with a lot blue scuff marks which took a while to scrub off....I didn't know that the inside of the fridge was also DAMAGED until the delivery guys left and I took out all the trays and shelves to wash them & to clean the fridge
I sent pictures immediately to the salesman
Then tto someone from customer service
then to here there and

everywhere ( THIS IS NOW THE PUSH AROUND)
I was told by someone to speak with the manager
. .... I called Lau on May 15th and left him a msg asking him to please call me back that I would really appreciate
it I could speak with him
TODAY IS MAY 19 th and the MANAGER just blatantly ignored me yet when my male friend called to speak on my behalf the said manager spoke with him

Both LAU and DAVE ( the salesman) told my friend that the fridge can be exchanged
I filled out the form they sent me
Today CAS sent me an email offering me $100.. how dare them!!!!! $100. for something I paid almost $1600. which will still be damaged AND WHICH I PAID IN FULL
Utterly ridiculous and unacceptable!!!!
DONT SHOP FROM CANADIAN APPLIANCE SOURCE

Thank you for your review. The amount offered is stipulated by the manufacturer's damage compensation policy based on the extent of the damages. The request you sent indicated the fridge was already being used hence the reason behind a damage compensation. The email response sent to you by our Returns department also outlined how you could go about seeking additional compensation. I trust that since that time you have been assisted accordingly.
