the delivery people said no one was home, someone was home and no one knocked or rang the door bell. Now I have to wait another 3 days for delivery and pay an extra $35.00 how is that fair

We are very sorry to hear the issues you have had with our delivery team.
Please know an automated phone call is sent the day before delivery with your four hour window time, also an automated email is also sent providing you with your four hour window time.
Our delivery team do try calling the day of delivery if it looks as if nobody is not home, our team do call our customers when outside their home, if there is no answer our delivery team can only wait fifteen minutes they to do have to move on to the next delivery.
We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
