Bought a fridge, with old fridge removal. They delivered the fridge. Didn't take the old fridge because they claim that on the invoice that they won't remove old fridges if they have to take off the doors to get it out of the house. Nowhere on my invoice does it say this. Long story short, out removal charge and had to get 1-800-got junk to remove my old fridge. The customer service response was to blame me and tell me I would have to pay another $50 to have them come back and remove the old fridge. Will never deal with CAS again.
I gave them a 2 review because the salesman was good enough, the delivery and post delivery service was an embarrassment.
