I bought a freezer and fridge set from this company June 6/22, paid fully for the pair. I was told I would have the set within 2 weeks as they were in the warehouse. The freezer was delivered within the 2 weeks as promised but It is now Aug 6/22 with no fridge. I have tried numerous times to contact the company, i.e. phone, email with no response, I keep getting emails from them asking when I am expecting the delivery but no set date on if it even is coming which is VERY frustrating as I cannot even get in contact with a real person.
The website is not set up to help with contacting customer service sooooo long story short is they took my money and I have no fridge, no contact with a real person or a reason given for no fridge or even when [if] I will ever get it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
