Ordered a fridge, gas cooktop and ventilation hood. Delivery was on-time and friendly, but the fridge had been damaged before it was loaded on the truck. Delivery driver was apologetic and left with the damaged product to schedule a new delivery. Unfortunate circumstance, but not the fault of the delivery team.

When an order is delivered, the appliances are unpackaged when the delivery team reaches their destination. In a very small percentage of orders, there can be concealed damage that is not noticed until the product is unpackaged.
