We hired Floors R Us to replace the flooring in our condo and had the worst customer service experience I've ever endured. The job was to take a week to complete, so far it's been a month and the condo is still not 100% complete. They knew we resided outside of Calgary and we feel as though they took advantage of the situation... trying to pile on extra charges by saying the work wasn't done when we had friends checking in on the condo to verify that it was. They made us pay in full and upfront, before they would schedule or begin the work. They caused $1,100+ worth of damage to our condo contents, tried to fix it and ended up causing more damage and then finally said that they are not responsible and are refusing to take responsibility for it. On top of it all... they installed THE WRONG FLOORING... they installed the one we said NO to. When we asked how they were going to make this right, we were told "it's close enough - just change all of your paint and furnishings to match the flooring!" They didn't return calls, didn't show up to do any work for days, or even a week at a time. The salesman accused me of taking advantage of their generousity (??) and complained that they had done us many favors for us. I have written the owner on 2 separate occassions and have yet to receive a response.

FRONT DESK GIRL CALLED YOU SEVERAL TIMES BUT DID NOT GET ANY RESPONCE.
BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT SURE YOURSELF OF WHAT TILE YOU CHOSE,THEN YOU TOLD US THAT THE CONDO WILL BE EMPTY.
WE HAD TO FOOL AROUND WITH YOUR BED THAT WAS SCREWED TO THE FLOOR ,YOU WERE TO REMOVE THE BED KNOWING THAT WE WERE WORKING THERE AFTER SEVERAL ATEMPTS TO CALL YOU OUR GUYS TRIED TO UNSCREW THE BED AND THEY BROKE A SMALL PART WHICH WE TOOK RESPONSIBILITY AND PAID FOR THE REPAIRS AND AT THE END WE GAVE YOU MONEY BACK AND COMPENSATED FOR YOUR OWN MISTAKE.
ANY WAYS NO HARD FEELINGS YOU WON AT THE END I DONT KNOW WHY YOU WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW SINCE YOU GOT YOUR FLOOR ALMOST FREE AND WE ENDED UP WITH A LOSS FOR YOUR MISTAKE AND WE NEVER WERE TOLD ABOUT YOUR BED ,THAT WAS TO BE REMOVED BY YOU, BEFORE WE STARTED THE JOB.
