I had my last 2 slider windows replaced, but unfortunately they were not the style I had thought I ordered. I thought I was getting the ones that lift into the house for ease of cleaning. Instead I got the ones where you have to physically lift them out to clean. Finally they were replaced by the company at no charge 7 months later. Thank you for replacing the window style to lift into the house.
