Rob's Albertan Service Experts

We are really pleased with the new high efficiency Lennox furnaces that Rob's Albertan installed this week. The installers, Jason and Al, showed up at the time that they said that they would and completed the project at the end of the second day, as scheduled. All of the work that was done was done neatly. No mess was left. The furnaces are SO QUIET. The programmable thermostats are easy to use and can be adjusted from our iPad or iPhones. Really cool for when we are out of town.

Service was top notch, start to finish. From consultation with Dave, to install with Jason, everything on time as promised, very well explained and follow-up refreshing and professional. Tidy install, very happy.

They did a really good job, called them for an emergency and they sent the next available technician. They also thoroughly explained the costs and the work that would be involved you could decide whether to go ahead or not. They also provided a warranty for their work.

It took them about two days to complete the work. They did not make any mess. They put some mats from over fron door to the basement and carry all of their stuff over it. They were very professional and did their work without doing any damage.

came on time and were efficient. Took off shoes when entering the house let me know my furnace was a good one. The payment option was good. They had a portable credit card machine.

I had 7 appraisals and Service Experts were amongst the top 2! The guys came early, worked hard and had everything up and running by the end of the day. I have not had any problems and have been very happy with the new furnace (especially after this cold long winter) and the Water Tank!

I contacted Rob's Albertan with concerns with the house I was planning on purchasing.
They answered all my questions I had with the house inspection I received and booked a free house inspection after I move into the house.

They did a full free house inspection when I moved in and laid out what needed to be done and in order of importance.

These guys came in and did a bang up job on my hot water tank. Unfortunately, when they were done they left a lot of water on the floor that stepped under the hardwood. I talked to the manager and worked out a fair deal to clean it up and got a good discount. Mistakes happen, I'm glad they stepped up and fixed theirs.
Would use again.

The service technicians are professional. They know what they're doing and get to work. The sales person was equally professional; however, we got this feeling that he was working on commission. Anyway, we could be wrong about that.
