We needed our furnace replaced and a new air conditioner. The quote was quickly given, the installation date was set up and they were there! On time, on the day they had arranged. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable and humourous. They answered a lot of dumb questions from me, put in vents that weren't there before with a smile and I swear the house was cleaner when they left than when they got there. Having known Roger from hockey, we knew he was honourable, honest and would stand behind his business credo. We have dealt with this company for the last 20 years and are very satisfied with their service and work. We have purchased two furnaces and had them do maintenance on them during that period. When we bought our last furnace we were seen by Carleton Refrigeration and another company. Carleton installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in the midst of a renovation in my home. We were living through the construction, a heat wave -- and the old unit died.
The team at Carleton were professional, fast and explained all of the options to me before the work began. The new thermostat included a remote unit and the ability to schedule the temperature of the home based on when we are home and when we're not.
After installation Roger walked me through the programming and how best to use the new technology.
Roger helped with rebates and financing as well. In short, they made sure I had nothing to worry about once they arrived.

We signed a quote with our sales rep at Carleton Refrigeration to remove our old oil furnace, oil tank, and install a new propane furnace. Our rep kept in contact with us to monitor our oil usage while we used our remaining fuel oil. On the install date the crew was on time, used runners on the carpets, barely made any noise, and left no mess. Their work was neat, the quote was to the penny and we are satisfied. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They installed my heating system, which was a geo thermal system, and they’ve serviced it for two years now. I found them through a referral from a friend. I wish they were cheaper, but don't you wish that for everything? They always show up on time and cancel with enough time given ahead of time. I haven't had any problems with them.
