We have 3 units that were Inspected and cleaned. AC, Furnace and the HRV unit. We received EXCELLENT service and educated on how our units should be used for the weather we have especially our HRV unit. Great service as always!

Installation was performed a year ago and the sales associate was very personable and informative. Just has the yearly service completed and again, the technicians we helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

I have dealt with this company for many years. As usual my most recent AC service was exceptional and the staff are always professional and excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend them for any service they offer.

I called them to fix my broken AC. They came to refill the gas and it started working, at the same time I requested a quote from. The next day, my blower capacitor died, they came and replaced. When I went ahead and ordered the furnace and AC, they credited my 2 repairs and they installed the new system very quickly. I installed an Ecobee and added there info in it as my service provider and at one point I open the windows and the humidity went above the programmed threshold. They immediately called me to verify if the system was still working.

We reached out to Carleton Refrigeration in May to have central air installed in home. The staff at Carleton were amazingly accommodating through a few delays (entirely our fault) and issues getting the equipment (Covid's fault.)

The office staff were friendly and responsive, and answered our questions quickly. Booking the installation was painless, and they were able to come out much sooner than we had expected. The gentlemen who came out to install the unit were professional and efficient.

The unit itself works great, we've had no problem keeping our house comfortable on hot and humid days. We were very impressed with Carleton Refrigeration and are happy we chose them.

Amazing service.....hottest day of this summer and my A/C stopped working. Called Carleton Refrigeration and they sent someone out same day. My system was due for it's 2 year tune-up, so they just charged me the fee for that. The guy that came was super friendly and answered my questions
