Great service and installation. Also they were able to accommodate the timeline. I went and selected slab and they measured and cut it to fit. Got a bevel detail, looks fantastic. They also sealed the granite. Installers were efficient and professional. Guy measuring explained the installation.

My contractor recommended Planet Granite because of previous good business. I found out that many friends had also used the company as well. I found the company very helpful and available to answer my questions and provide me with options. The results are awesome! My counters look beautiful!

We did our research and had many estimates before choosing Planet Granite. We needed the kitchen counter tops replaced as well as a large Island. Mita immediately made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. She also recommended the granite we chose and we love it. The colour fits our kitchen perfectly. The installers were extremely professional and quick. We were surprised that they were willing to travel outside Ottawa with no extra charge as we had been quoted as much as $500 just for that service. We would highly recommend Mita and her company.

I was looking for Silestone, which is a specific model of countertop and Planet Granite’s name came up with my search. They did excellent work with my kitchen counters. The sales representative was very helpful, provided us with good advice and recommendation which saved us some money. The installation was great, done professionally, on time and performed by Planet Granite's employees. They cleaned up before leaving, and the price they quoted is exactly what I paid. Would definitely recommend them!

I had some granite countertops put in and installation-wise there were no issues. There was a little problem scheduling an appointment. There must have been some confusion because showing up was an issue at first. I needed to get the job done before xmas which made appointments even more difficult to get. Another concern I had to do with the quality finish of the work. The polish on the granite wasn’t as good as I thought it could be. That said, the actual installation was fine and I was generally satisfied.

I’m a general contractor that has used these guys various times for my clients’ granite countertops. I have no complaints. I’ve only seen a mistake with the work once — the last job they did they didn’t clear the overhang which was noticed a month after they finished. The customers thought it looked good the way it was, therefore I never let the company know. After all, if the customer is happy, I’m happy. They all generally do a pretty good job and I’ve recommended them already a few times.
