Air conditioner

We have been dealing with Reliance for our air conditioner and furnace annual service. We received a special offer for a new air conditioner and the sales person, Gavin was very thorough and helpful. The installation was set up the next day and the installers did a great job. Very pleased with sales and service and the new product of course:)

Rented Furnace

The 40 year old Mayflower furnace in my rental unit was no longer working properly. I contacted Reliance Superior Heating and Air Conditioning and Gavin promptly set up an appointment with me to go over the options and take measurements. He's very knowledgable, professional, articulate and fun to work with. I was initially concerned about the cost. However, Gavin informed me that Reliance offers a rent program for landlords. It includes the furnace, installation, maintenance and 24 hour emergency services. The monthly rent is very reasonable. Gavin was able to schedule the installation the very next day.

Both my tenants and I are very pleased. I would recommend anyone to Reliance

Water leak

At around 9 pm on a Thursday evening I called the after-hours emergency number at Superior Heating & Air Conditioning with what I thought was a leaking hot water tank. The answering service said they would pass my number along to the on-call after-hours technician. My call was promptly returned by Terry, who is the most courteous and helpful "after-hours" person (for any company) I have ever dealt with.

We live in St. Norbert and it was storming badly. I told him we could wait until the next day if he could tell me how to shut the water off to the tank. Terry insisted it was no problem to come that night but, as he was explaining the process to shut the water off, we realized it was our air conditioner that was leaking and the water was running under the hot water tank. I then apologized for bothering him and was ready to hang up but he kindly offered a suggestion re: the AC and immediately solved the problem.

I have dealt with may after-hours technicians and have to say that this time it was a pleasure. Thank you so much, Terry, you saved us a lot of aggravation. You are truly a credit to your company!

HF frunace, ca, hwt and duct work

Removed 2 old furnaces from crawl space, combined ductwork, added zoning. Installed new furnace on main floor along with new C/A and elec. hwt.
All work done cheerfully, on time as promised. Debris removed.
Knowledgeable salesman. Willing, cheerful and skillfull installation crew.
Highly recommended. Oh, the house is nice and comfy too!

AC Repair

With the recent hot weather, our 16 year old AC system was being taxed on a daily basis. A part failed and required repair. Reliance had a tech here within 2 hours and the problem was fixed within an hour. Fantastic service… thanks Jose!

GAs Line Install for Barbeque

We recently moved into our home and needed a gas line for our Natural Gas barbeque. Reliance had Marquis Petit come by for an assessment on Tuesday and after advising us of all the options we booked him to come the next day to do the installation.

Marquis was friendly, effecient, honest and got the job done very well. He did a great job.

We will be having another gas line installed when our new gas range arrives in a few weeks and I trust Reliance and Marquis to do a great job again.

They also did our furnace and duct cleaning a few weeks back before we moved in. Also a job well done.

Highly recommended.

Service air conditioner

We had the annual service check done on our air conditioner. Marquis Petit was the serviceman. He did a great job. He even cleaned the back of the unit which hadn't been cleaned by previous servicemen. It's a very tight area to get to but he managed to clean the whole unit. Thanks Marguis!

New Air Conditioner

Our summer has certainly gotten much better now that our A/C is working!

We've been very pleased with our new system. My wife actually looks up and smiles every time she hears it kick in.

Air conditioner service

We are very happy with the service we received from Jon. We had installed a new thermostat during the winter; the furnace worked fine, but the air conditioner would not turn on. Jon determined the problem was caused by faulty old wiring in our house, and he was able to devise a solution that did not involve installing new wiring. We were very pleased with Jon's knowledge, efficiency, and pleasant manner, and we felt the cost of the service call was reasonable.
