We called Reliance for a quote on a whole new Hvac system including hot water on demand. The technician was very rude, complained we were asking for too many quotes and told my husband that if he was going to go over the quote with his wife, that she should have been home at the time. Eventhough, we purposely made arrangements for noone else including the dog to be in the house due to covid protocol. We can't comment on the their quality of work but, with that attitude I can't see them getting by the quote process.
