An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I recently hired Klondike to do a complicated renovation at my business. After checking out many general contractors, I chose KC because they had a well-defined process and were very diligent in their follow up/communications. I am really glad I did as they did an amazing job! They stuck to their price even though I know it cost them more than they budgeted & completed my projects within 2 days of their initial estimate.
