Arcana recently installed two bedroom slider windows in our parents' home. They protected the carpets while doing the work and did the work efficiently and professionally within two hours. Our parents were very happy with the service and work. Haim was also very good to work with in ordering the windows and all was done in a timely way so that the windows were in place just as the colder weather arrived. Thank you Arcana for a great job from ordering to installation. We would use them again and would recommend them to others.

The work from the estimation to installation was very good. I selected them because of the attension to detail by the assessor James, eventhough it was a small job. The installers Darren, Jay were attentive to the details, and managed the installment in a crooked bowed wall.

It was time for a new front door. Our old door seemed to not be very energy efficient and it was looking old and tired.

After seeing a neighbour’s new door I knocked on her new door and asked who she purchased the door from. She said it was a company called Arcana Windows and doors and gave me the phone number.

I called the office and booked an appointment with the salesman Haim. He was very professional and helped guide me through the design selection process. He was very good at answering my questions. Alannah the booking person for the install was very upbeat and accommodating for the install date. The installers were also very good.

The doorbell I had purchased was defective and when the new one was available Haim arranged to come to my home and personally install the new doorbell. He also complemented on how nice the door looked. Now I have other neighbours complementing how our new door looks “stunning” We are very happy with our new door and the excellent service that Arcana provided

We met Haim within the same week for a free estimate, paid a great price for the door and the install of the door was within a week, as there was one in stock! The team of installers were professional, respectful and efficient, and the door looks great! We’ve just put a deposit down on a front door through this awesome company, and Haim was extremely helpful once again. I wish that we had known about Arcana Windows and Doors when we had our windows installed last year, but we’ll recommend them to anyone needing windows and/or doors!

Arcana Window & Doors were great. We installed a egress window in our basement. The order was placed and installed as scheduled. The two window installers were very professional, worked until the job was complete and were very neat and tidy.
There was nothing left behind including the excess ground. The price quoted was also very competitive.

When I decided to replace the windows on the front of my century home in downtown Hamilton, I received quotes from 5 different companies. Arcana's price was the best by far and Mark's sales approach was honest, knowledgable and no pressure. In fact, his suggestions regarding related work around my house saved me thousands of dollars. The installation was extremely professional. The installers arrived on schedule, were polite and efficient, removing all materials from the job site and leaving my home clean inside and out. All they left behind were beautifully installed windows.

I was told I would have everything done in 8 weeks. From meeting the sales rep to installation it took 5 months, then they had to come back to fix installation problems. It was almost impossible getting a response from my sales rep, sometimes taking a week to reply. In short, I would not give them my business again!!!
