I just had the windows in my co-op apartment replaced by Arcana Windows and Doors. When Dimitry first came by to do an estimate on the project I found him very courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. His quote was extremely reasonable
After my acceptance of the estimate, it only took about 3 weeks for the installation to proceed. The crew arrived exactly on time. They were very professional, respectful and efficient. I should also mention that they made sure to protect my floors with tarps and did clean up after the job was finished. Excellent job, very quickly done and the windows look great! Jim lives on the top floor of a 4 level condo. He had concerns about how were going to do the exterior part of the window installation because of the height of his apartment. We installed Ivory double hung windows to replace all of Jim's original windows. The double hung windows allowed us to remove the top and bottom sashes from their frame, so that we could lean out of the window openings to complete the exterior part of the window install. We were also then able to cap the windows with matching Ivory aluminium, before replacing the sashes back into place.
