Titan Construction

We had an Insurance claim that we required some water damage fixed, for the most part they resolved that, however where the issues began was with our one bathroom where we hired them to renovate our bathroom.

They Demolished and Renovated our bathroom within typical contractor time(two months), when estimated a month.

I will list the Pros:
- Contractors they used were Friendly and Some what on time
- Cost was Reasonable(if accurate to the final invoice)

Cons:
- Quoted one price, then Charged another(this is common, however the added charges where not on the original invoice, but stated they were forgotten)
- There were Several deficiencies, that should have been addressed or discussed prior to finishing project

Overall, I would say Titan is good, but requires better COMMUNICATION, especially when comes to deficiencies, and payment...

Quick professional and quality service. After a break and enter they had a carpenter on -site quickly to secure the door. Once insurance improved the quote the final repair was done to high standards

We had a transport truck and trailer involved in a fire almost 1 year ago. Titan clean up crew came out and sorted, rearranged and organized the goods in a very timely fashion. I was the middle man between the insurance company and Titan. Spring was fantastic to deal with and was very patient waiting for a final invoice to be paid but the payee...I cannot say how incredibly patient and lenient she was. I have nothing but great things to say about Titan as a company and the staff that I was dealing with. Thank you all very much

Kris and his crew worked with us to develop our basement.
They were great about working around our timelines.

We couldn’t be more delighted with the work that was done in our home. From the initial cleanup from the flood to the final project, all of the trades that were in our home were professional and excellent at what they did. Dan was great at communicating the entire process which made things run very smoothly. We would absolutely use Titan again for any renovation projects and will highly recommend them to our family and friends. The outcome is beautiful!

The workmanship was first class.
From the first meeting with Kris to the completion of the project I was impressed with the professionalism, workmanship and manners of all involved. I will not hesitate to ask them for any future projects.

I am happy with the work, I would give 5 stars but the time line could be better.

There was removal of all materials and nonessential structures affected.
There was cleaning and disinfection.
Restoration of walls, insulation and drywall.
Painting.
Installation of new flooring.
Reinstallation of baseboards.

Titan was great to deal with, they responded quickly and everyone was so friendly and kind!

Removal of flooring and drywall ceiling removal and repair. Work was done timely, communication was good. Always informed when to expect workers and they were on time. We were satisfied with all work and employees.
