One thing about Fast Eddies is service. I have used them for years and never any issues. Knowledgeable and courteous staff.
As quick as he arrives, right to it and solves the problem.
I have recommended them to my friends and I would never hesitate to tell anyone to feel confident with their services.

My washer was constantly stopping at the same point during the cycle, no matter the size of the load. Friends recommended Fast Eddie's. Serviceman arrived on time and was efficient and friendly throughout the process. He suggested a remedy which didn't require ordering parts and we proceeded. Within 1/2 hour, everything was fixed and running smoothly. Fast Eddie's will now be my 'go-to' supplier for appliance repairs.

Guy shows up, takes a picture of the washing machine and says he will return to fix it. A week later he shows up with the wrong part. Leaves and doesn't call for days. A week later I get a call saying they were confused by their suppliers website and it wasn't their fault but they can try again in a week if I want, with no guarantees.

Absolutely incompetent.

We had called Fast Eddies to have our dryer repaired due to a clogged vent (condo townhouse issue). We had our appointment booked within a few days. Jaret, our repair technician was great. He explained the process thoroughly to us and the parts were ordered and installed in a few days. I would highly recommend Fast Eddies and Jaret in particular to do your appliance repairs. He really enjoys his profession and his customers. Outstanding.

I contacted Fast Eddie Appliance for a service request as the freezer in our fridge was not cooling properly. Serviceman (Ed) arrived as scheduled. Within 5 minutes he identified the issue (heavy buildup of dust & dirt in coils at the back of the fridge. He cleaned everything out and advised the fridge would be back to normal temperatures in 24 hours. So 24 hours later the fridge is much quieter and the temperature is back to normal for the freezer (-18) Thanks for a professional visit and reliable repair.

Bernie is a true professional . He was on time for each of the three visits. He with a high level of professionalism worked through a diagnosis of the problems. The manufacturer simple told me to buy a new refrigerator at approx $9000.00. Bernie's skill and determination facilitated a repair that has the refrigerator working as good as new for $1000.00 mostly the cost of parts. I can't recommend Fast Eddie Repair and Bernie highly enough.

We called Fast Eddie Appliances and they dispatched JARET to a property we own to look at a washer and dryer. JARET gave great professional advice and suggested long-term solutions to our problems. There are GREAT people in this world, and Jaret is one of them.

The repair person was experienced, the service was prompt and the price was reasonable. The ordered parts arrived in a few days. I would definitely recommend this business.

Placed an order for a part (control board) for my dead stove on Thursday, & was told it would be in the next day which was good because we were hosting New Years dinner. We waited all day today (Fri) & no call. I called at 3:30pm (they close at 5) & get told 'oops sorry, the order wasn't processed UNTIL today so it'll be another 4 days before the part comes in'. WAIT...WHAT?!?! For a dead stove...they guys couldn't even give us a courtesy call, when they knew the part wasn't going to be in (which according to Maria, was at 1:30pm). They specifically said when we ordered this $350 part that "as long as it's in stock, we'll get it the next day, & if it's not what you want, we don't do refunds, you own it." not...as long as it's in stock we MIGHT get it, MIGHT not, it might end up in Montreal, it might be on the moon, we'll call you when we call you have a nice holiday - along with a 'you're not the only person who's called in that we don't have their parts either'. After saying over & over that there was nothing they could do...I asked them to call their supplier & see if that part was available so I could at least pick it up myself & have a working stove. So now I'm going to drive 45 mins to pick up this part - that's more expensive than what I was originally quoted - from the supplier directly - because I need a stove - & clearly these guys DON'T need my business. I wouldn't give them yours.
