Mr Stucco

I contacted Mr Stucco (Bromley Contracting) to repair the stucco ceiling in my basement family room. A tenant who had previously lived in my property tried to paint the stucco ceiling, and large chunks of stucco fell off leaving the ceiling looking really shabby.

Mr Stucco sent out a person to estimate the cost of this repair at my convenience, the estimator arrived on time, and quoted me a very reasonable price. He explained exactly what the price included, and to my surprise, there was no and I mean ZERO pressure to sign a contract or any other commitment to have the work done.

I was absolutely amazed that this company is so confident in their skill and expertise that they do not pressure the client for an order.

I decided to go ahead, contacted the company my job was scheduled, Les, the stucco professional assigned to my job arrived on time, explained the process, together, we moved breakable items to a safe location, and then the work began.

The prep work was fantastic. Everything was covered in plastic so that none of my personal items would be damaged. I have two dogs and was advised to move them to another location in my home so that they would not be subject to fumes or dust from the work being done. How many companies take the time to worry about the impact of their work on your pets?

The work was completed on time and on budget I am one very happy customer

Overall had a very good experience. They came promptly, and provided a thorough quote which was very fair. They even made a few other comments about the house that were helpful. Work was done neatly and promptly. We did have another leak that caused more damage to the same area, so it is hard to know how long their work would have lasted, but I would happily recommend them.

We had a gigantic square hole in the ceiling where we put an access-ability elevator in for my Dad before he passed away from Cancer. The ceiling was done 20 years ago by an Italian artist, our whole family was upset that it looked like it would never be restored. It was intricate and the molding around the edges were pure plaster. We just didn't know anyone we could turn to, and we were looking at completely covering up the ceiling with your typical stucco work as nobody would touch it for restoration. i called Mr.Stucco, within 2 days they had it completely, and I mean you cannot tell the difference from the old and new, restored. The plaster molding was replaced with a properly set plaster like the original, seamless, and like I said an exact match to the original work. I told them to put up pictures on their web site. During the work there was no dust whatsoever on anything around the house from them. They were clean, thorough, professional and friendly. They took the time to explain during the renovation about what they were doing and the techniques they were using. Our family is extremely happy that our living room has been restored, and would recommend Mr. Stucco for any ceiling work you might have. i am convinced that there is no one out there that could do that kind of job for the price they quoted. (I had been meaning to post this for awhile now.) We had hired Mr. Stucco about 2 months ago to fix the sprayed stucco ceiling around the leaking skylight. They were able to arrange an estimate time, and began work right away. They were clean and quick doing the job, and worked with professionalism. I was very satisfied with their service and my seamlessly repaired ceiling. I would reccomend their service to anyone!

I am extending my heartfelt appreciation and thanks to Mr. Stucco (Bromley Contracting) for saving my Christmas. I had a flood from the upstirs bathroom that caused extensive damage to my ceiling and walls. Being a single female and with Christmas around the corner, I was frantic in finding an honest and reliable contractor to complete the repairs. I was referred to Mr. Stucco (Bromley Contracting) by the plumber that came in to fix the initial plumbing problem. I have no experience or knowledge in home repairs and thought that I would end up getting taken advantage of because of my gender, but to my surprise, it was not the case at all. They were prompt, they were clean, they were polite and courteous...and they took the time to walk me through the process. Kris explained and showed me what they were doing...every step of the way. I also opted for the California Knockdown ceiling which rid me of the dreaded popcorn ceiling I had before...and I absolutely LOVE it! Thanks again to Kris and his crew for saving my Christmas! My guests were impressed as well.

Just a note to thank you for your prompt and competent service. We had Stanley here this morning. He did a very nice job. We had a number of contractors look at the challenge our custom ceiling presented. We had two estimates at double the cost and one person tell us it was unfixable and the whole ceiling had to be stripped and redone.

We hired Mr Stucco to repair a stucco ceiling as well as some drywall damage. Joe and Dave were great. They showed up on time, did great work, matched the paint perfectly and cleaned up when they were done. Couldn't ask for more.

I used Mr. Stucco to repair my textured ceiling which was damaged by water from an upstairs flood. The team came in and covered everything in plastic and did an excellent job. You can't even see where the damage was! They were fast, clean and the workmanship was top quality. Thank you for making my ceiling look as good as new.

Mr. Stucco did our house in 1 day - they sprayed the ceilings on our 2nd and main floors and covered everything up with plastic. They only thing that seemed to go wrong was that it appeared the light fixture in one of our rooms seemed to be crack after their job.
