All went very well. The staff, scheduling, and sales representative were all courteous and professional. Everything went smooth with them. Your installers worked very hard to complete their task and did an excellent job. The crawl space in the attic is very tight and one installer mentioned that another crew with a smaller person should have been sent to my house. All seems to be well as I notice my home holding it's heat better.

Great Northern Insulation recently applied insulation foam to our cold room. They were very prompt and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and they were great at working around my busy schedule. I highly recommend their services and would choose them again.

Spray Foam Whole Ceiling

GNI came to install purple spray foam onto my ceiling. The crew was fast to set up but diligent in how they protected the rest of my house. The work was completed as scheduled. Their pricing was not cheap, but their foam has no off gassing, which is the most important.. Since it is not fun to tear out from your ceiling improperly mixed spray foam that is off gassing all the time. Hire the pros, don't go to the fly-by-nighters..

As usual the job was done top notch. Your crew was on time, they paid close attention to the details I wanted addressed and carried them out perfectly. There wasn't any complaining about cramped spaces or miscommunication between the salesman on what the job was and what the crew expected it to be. My customer happened to be at the job at the same time and was very impressed. As is always the case the job came in as quoted, no surprises which is always appreciated.

I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Both the crew that did the blown in insulation, and the crew that did the spray foam were excellent. They were very efficient, masked the whole place, cleaned up everything, and the work they did was very well done. The young man that did the spray foam is an artist. I can’t thank you, and Great Northern, and your great crews enough for a job well done.

Everything went well and as expected except for the scheduling. I left multiple messages with both schedulers and did not get a return call until I would catch Leanne in her office. The crew was running late and I had to call in to see if they were still coming.
