The company cancelled the scheduled appointment twice. Then, on the third time, they showed up but had not brought the drill heads. Finally, they did not finish the work and left the house with holes all over. They didn't show up the following day to finish the work. When I called to inquire , I was told that they can not schedule yet. We were left with mess and holes all over the house.
