Excellent in every respect. Prompt, courteous, going the "extra-mile" to answer any of our concerns, and provide very high-caliber workmanship. (And endlessly patient with our delays:)

Two Small Defects:

1. Paint splashes on the New Carpet during the "touch-up" phase.
2. The men who moved all Basement Household goods from the Storage Bin back to our basement had a vacuum, but didn't use it...as a finishing touch.

Service Master fixed our side door after a break in. They did a great job and took care of every detail. they even went out to match the paint to repaint the wall.

We had 3 consecutive, serious flooding episodes in our condo, due to the deluge of rain we experienced in the summer of 2017, which affected all of our hardwood flooring, kitchen cabinets and drywall. Service Master Markham was called in through our insurance company for the initial cleanup and it was our choice whether we wanted to retain them to continue the work. After having dealt with David and his team the choice was easy. Service Master Markham showed up on time, worked around our schedule, were the clean/tidy and polite and any questions we had were promptly answered. Any sub contractors that were needed were coordinated for us through the office without burdening us with added stress. We hope we won't need this type of service again but, without a doubt, would recommend Service Master Markham. Thanks to David and his crews for their expertise in helping ease this stressful experience.

We had a flood in our house and our insurance company sent Service Master to do the repairs. They were amazing, on time and professional. They accommodated our schedule and returned emails and phone calls promptly. Although having a flood is a stressful event, Service Master took care of everything and our house looks brand new again.

Tear down ceiling, remove water soaked foam insulation, dry out, replace foam insulation, refinish garage ceiling and repaint.
