The response of the company was very quick. Technicians examined the cracked toilet bowl and determined that it would need to be replaced.
They found that the cost of the parts was covered except for transportation fees, which I paid.

The plumbers that came to my home were very efficient, clean, polite and explained everything even before starting the work to find the problem. Once they found what the problem was, they again made sure it was explained and also explained what they would be doing to fix it. The inspection after was very thorough and I will be doing most of the items that were recommended. I've had this company before and was very happy with their work then and now. This is the only company I'll be using for my plumbing and heating needs from now on.

We've been having issues the last few years with the sewer lines clogging with tree roots. Action Auger/Gentlemen's Plumbers are always there to clear the way. Fast and reliable, good clean service.

In conjunction with our annual inspection & purchase of Bio Smart, we also had our drain pipes under our kitchen sink replaced. Our technician, who was on time, did a great job in explaining recommendations & what the repair would entail along with the cost. The work was performed with high quality & excellent clean up. Very pleased with service. Also, when booking appointment, agent was excellent & very courteous. Very pleased overall from booking to the finished job!
One day after the original repair, found a leak & had to request a return visit. This occurred & work completed under their warranty & to our complete satisfaction.
Only criticism was the wait time for the return visit which was beyond the commitment from the Diamond Club program. There was probably a reason but when the commitment can't be met, a phone call would have been appreciated instead of me phoning to enquire the whereabouts of the tech, especially since I had cancelled other appointments to wait for this recall visit.

Steve, the technician who completed the above job was very efficient, and completed the job as requested. He did a very thorough job and was very good at answering any questions that I had. I certainly would request him for any further plumbing jobs that I might have in the future.

Hi, I called late last night to say that the problem we presented before the service was the same after the service. The relief value on our hot water tank was leaking profusely, especially at night, every day. Yesterday it was replaced with a new one for $310 + GST. When we checked last night, the new one leaked in exactly the same way. Fortunately, for insurance, we had put a container under the new one to catch the water - in case of continued leaking. Good thing we did. So now the valve was not the problem and we wasted $310?? We have a new appointment for tomorrow. We will not be paying the $69 again.

I have dealt with this company before and just so happens the same plumber ​​​- Dan. I cannot say enough good things as they are very professional and go above and beyond to make sure all repairs are done in a speedy and satisfactory manner. I have referred them to some of my friends and will continue to use them in the future for all my plumbing needs
