Refinish oak floors

We've had John refinish (sand, stain and 5 coats of water-based sealer) the floors in both our last and current house (60's bungalows with original oak floors in various states of disrepair).
He and his crew were fast, reasonably priced, and very easy to deal with.
The floors looked great after he was done with them and we get lots of compliments on how they look.
