Digging of foundation and trucking in of drainage rock

Dave screwed us over. First his final cost was higher than the quote he gave us but about $1500 and then he didn't finish the job. We've called and called, and no answer and no returned calls. Included in the quote was the removal of our tree stumps and they continue to sit in our yard.
