Bill came round to check the central vac shortly after we moved into the house. He told me that it hadn’t been installed correctly and it would damage the decor if it was done now. He advised us to have the pipe to the house disconnected so we could still use the unit in the garage. We then purchased a Miele vacuum from the store and he didn’t charge us for his visit to the house. We were very satisfied with the service and advice given by Bill.

We were twice in the store looking for a new central vaccum unit to replace the old one. Each time we got an expert advice, patient explanation, we were not pushed to buy more things or more expensive unit. We even received the vacuum bags for an old Bosh small vacuum for free - they were not Bosh but Miele but they did fit!
We highly recommend this store. Honest and good people there!

A central vac failure, found it to be the motor itself. Was a low cost unit and quit just after the 5 year warranty expired.
Purchased a Beam on advice from Bill.
Installed it myself with some verbal advice from Bill.
Install was not difficult.
I learned a few things I did not know about central vacs systems.
Unit works great and like that it has a 10 year warranty.
Bill was a pleasure to work with and I think I made the right choice and an excellent deal.
