Eric’s Concrete Services saved our 99-year-old home by demolishing our two old bearing foundation walls and replacing them with new, reinforced walls which will last for centuries.
All of the people who worked on this project were polite, punctual, cheerful and so hard-working despite the heat and having to operate in a constricted, sloping space between houses on a narrow dead-end street. Our neighbours have commented on how tidy they kept the work site and the street.
Special kudos must go out to Rick and Mimo, the foremen, and also to manager Scott for seeing the whole enterprise through from start to finish with unfailing cheerfulness.

This is the second time I have contracted Eric's concrete for a crack in the foundation of 2 homes. The first job last September was a crack around a window well of a townhome. The second, just this week, was a crack in the foundation near the electrical panel in my home. Both jobs were completed as stated on the estimate and on time.

I checked Homestars and BBB and this company stood out. I approached three companies and received quotes for the work. Eric's Concrete was the only one that showed up with a hammer and a tool to measure pressure to be able to fully determine what was going on with our basement walls. Their quote was definitely not the cheapest, but both Scott and Eric inspired confidence with their knowledge of concrete and keeping basements dry. They did a fantastic job. Scott was onsite everyday at various times, he checked in with us, Eric was onsite for key decisions and the team led by Ric was polite, hard working and kept the site clean and organized. They did the work on time and we are super pleased! We highly recommend this company.

Contacted 3 companies from BB. Only one showed up in person. Scott was professional and easy to deal with. The two guys who repaired the six were great, and left no mess at all after they were gone. Showed me the repairs they had done to seal the crack. Dealing with Nicole at the head office was a real pleasure. She kept me informed of time frames and when the workers would be there to complete the work. Overall, this has been the best company I have dealt with in getting an issue resolved. Project was a foundation repair. The quotation process was thorough and the actual work was done efficiently and as agreed. Site clean up was good. Our second job by Eric's. Highly recommended.

Eric's Concrete and Foundation Repair restored the crumbling, rubble basement walls in our 90-year old house. They did a thorough assessment, and recommended that two of the walls be completely replaced, and two be restored. We hired them to do the job, which they completed on time and on budget. We could not be more pleased with the completed project. The work was of high quality. A manager was on site every day, and the staff who did the work were trained, professional technicians. We were consulted every step of the way. I cannot recommend this form highly enough for any foundation repair job.

My wife and I where extremely satisfied with the quality workman ship we received from Eric's Concrete. Our basement had a leak in March a few years back. Eric's concrete came and did our repairs. They dug underneath our rear deck to get to the crack. When we sold our home a few years later and the new buyers wanted our warranty certificate for the 10 year warranty that we had lost, Eric himself had no problem getting us a replacement certificate last minute.

We own an older home with cinder block foundation which started showing it's age. After obtaining several quotes, Eric's Concrete was the company that we had the most confidence in.
