Air con broke down on a Sunday morning, with 30+ degree temps. I called Francis Home Environment, and a technician named Duy was at the house within three hours. Duy diagnosed and repaired the blown capacitor and quickly had the system up and running again. Duy was polite, informative and very efficient.

From Sales visit (Charlie) taking the time to understand our needs and use of the AC leading to a perfect equipment selection. Then the scheduling and work done by Nick and Hussein, efficient and clean.

Duy from Francis Home Environment came at the last minute last night and diagnosed the issue with our thermostat - the recent power outage had completely fried it.

He advised on the available thermostat options and informed us of how best to move forward with the booking.

It worked out that the replacement work was assigned to him, and he arrived the next morning to fix the issue. While doing the install, he discovered another issue related to our furnace and A/C and how neither was correctly sending signals to the new thermostat.

While it ended up being a longer job than expected, Duy was a complete professional and kept my wife and I informed all the way through the job and gave us instructions on how to use our new thermostat.

Recommendation by Cory from Francis HEC was low pressure, highly informative after he performed routine maintenance. The APCO devices should solve a problem as an air exchanger cannot be installed due to peculiar structure of the house. The installer (I apologize for not having his name) was polite, professional and provided clear explanations, answering all my questions. He arrived in the time-frame that was arranged. APCO devices were installed in both lines with no time wasted and all mess cleaned up. I should mention that the booking through the office was easy and I did get a pre-arrival warning call. My family and I are very pleased with the whole process and end result. Thank you!
