We had our heating/cooling service replaced by Francis Home Environment, through Costco in mid March. We could not be happier with the results. Jennifer, the company rep. was there throughout the process, and dealt with the transaction between Costco and ourselves, and any other logistical hurdles. I was particularly impressed with the installation team. They were professional, punctual and did their best to ensure that over the course of the two days they were working, to keep disruptions at a minimum. I was kept informed on the progress right along the way.
After the installation was finished, I was impressed with how tidy the installation was. All tubes and ducting was rearranged to maximize space saving. The furnace room was spotless on completion.

I have been very impressed with the whole Francis experience, and would not hesitate to recommend.

My installation went extremely well. My installers were thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. They kept the work area clean and I was shown how to operate the system. Josh and Moe did a great job and are good ambassadors for the company.

We had a new furnace and new air conditioner installed by these guys. They were excellent. Everything was perfect and we had no problems. The sales lady was quite nice and the installer was very helpful as well. I’ve recommended them to some friends already.

This company regularly comes to give my furnace a tune up. They always do a good job. They’re very clean and tidy, they explain everything to you and they’re pleasant to deal with. I haven’t compared their prices to anyone else, so I can’t say much about the cost. However, I would highly recommend them. They are quick to respond if there is a problem. The cost is for 2 visits a year.

I guy from Francis Home Environment came to service our furnace. He showed up promptly and did the job fine. He gave us advice about the filters and explained everything in detail for us, which was great. He also hooked up our humidifier, although a couple days after it turned off again. Overall they were good, and their pricing was okay. But since I haven’t had any major work done by them yet, I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend them to anyone I know.

As well as they’ve done with our furnace and air conditioning installation and regular maintenance, I think the prices could be better. It’s rather expensive. That said, their staff is always on time and professional. I just wish there were some benefits for us with long term contracts with them.

I have their service plan for the two houses I own. They also have installed the furnaces in both houses, so they’ve basically did the whole gambit for me. I’m satisfied with their services otherwise I wouldn’t have used them twice. I also like that I can talk directly to Robin from the company, instead of having to go through other channels. They are more expensive than others, which is something to look out for, but I would surely recommend them.

Francis Home Environment has been so great. We have a platinum membership, so they come every year to check our furnace and air conditioning. We’ve been with them several years and we had one incident where our furnace went out on us. They came in just 35 minutes, brought heaters with them and were able to fix the problem. They also changed our whole unit when the thermostat wasn’t working and we didn’t have to pay extra because of our membership. Price-wise they are in line with their competitors. We have no complaints at all. They are really great all-around.
