After not having very good luck with 2 other contractors I decided to try Artiste Renovations because of their great reviews. I was not disappointed. Right from the start Barry was upfront and honest about costs, projected time frame, materials etc.
This was not a large reno but there was definitely some fussy work in some of the areas.
It was Scott from Artiste that did all of the demo, rebuild and finishing work, he was fantastic to work with. I always knew what time he would be there, what was happening that day and he was very helpful with any questions that I had. He truly did an excellent job, and the job site was always spotless. Thanks Scott.
I also had the pleasure of working with Wayne (sub) who was a master at repairing and rebuilding the 1940's plaster in the house he exceeded my expectations and was very interesting to listen to.
All in all it was a very easy process, Barry and his staff made the nightmare of reno's actually ok.
Keep up the wonderful work Barry, you have a very unique company in that you genuinely care about doing the best for your customers.
I will not hesitate to do other projects with Artiste.
