After a damaged elm tree on my property had been flagged by the city as dangerous, we called every tree service in Toronto and Joe called back.
They came promptly, worked quickly and did an exceptional job on the tree, cleaning up afterwards.
The rate I was quoted was what I paid and it was reasonable and inline with the other services in the city.
All around excellent service, no complaints.
