Lux Windows & Glass Ltd

Lux Windows replaced 3 large tripple pane windows on 3 floors and repaired the frames and portion of wall due to water damage. The windows are great and the crew were efficient and thorough even with clean up. I am impressed with the quality and would recommend Lux Windows to anyone. Now it can rain and I won't have to worry any more.

I purchased Windows and doors 5 weeks ago and have received the Windows 1 week later than when I was told they would be ready for pickup due to a broken glass. I was ok with that and the Windows are very beautiful great craftsmanship. I am still waiting for the doors which I am now told will only be ready 6 weeks after ordering them. I find that very unacceptable when I was told it would only be three weeks.

In 2002 I replaced windows in my previous house with Lux windows and was very pleased with their performance. When I left that house in 2015, the windows were still in perfect shape. So when it came time to replace a picture window in my new home, Lux was the first name to come to mind. I got the top of the line window and was satisfied with the price. But it is the installation that really pleased me. The technician installing the window was experienced and patient and did a terrific job with it. Customer service was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lux to others.

We recently had a large window replaced n our house. From the first call to the final install we were very satisfied. The sales person that came to our house was very helpful and gave us numerous options for replacement. The installers were very professional and were happy to answer any questions we had. The site was cleaned very well on their departure. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend Lux to anyone and we will be having them replace the remaining windows that need to done in our house in the near future.

I purchased some Lux windows in 2005. They were such good quality I went back again to have some other windows replaced recently. I did have a bit of an initial mix up with the salesman but it was quickly resolved with management. I would recommend that you don't hesitate to ask questions. The windows were ordered and installed on time. The installer was excellent and showed me how he was doing the install and the care he was taking. Also we live in a small house and I found the crew to be very respectful of our space. This being said I would still suggest, that even though there is not much dust, to cover furniture nearby and layout cardboard for tools on a counter below a window being installed. I love the Lux product!

Our windows in our home were all due for replacement. We wanted something with noise reduction since we have a new fire hall across from our home.
We happened to be shopping around during their promo for a free upgrade to triple pane windows. Annie came to our home to do a quote and was very pleasant to deal with. She followed up when she said she would.
We put our deposit down and waited quite a bit for the installation since they were backlogged from this promo. Installers were scheduled for 5 days during which heavy rain was projected, the installers were on time each day and we lucked out with the weather. Him and his son were very respectful, although my flower bed did get a little flattened and a few flowers were damaged, but where they were working it was difficult to avoid.

I was working from home during the install week since we were keeping our dogs away and they were quiet, efficient and polite.

The noise difference is very noticeable for us and the windows are excellent. We are very happy we chose Lux and have already passed our opinion on to some others in the construction industry that my husband works, since they are also shopping around.

We were not referred but looked at a few companies to do the project. The people we spoke to at the office as well as the estimator and the installers all did an excellent job and we are very pleased with our new garden doors and windows. The work was done when planned and the clean up was exellent. As we do additional windows we fully expect to use Lux for the remaining ones.

Excellent service & Installation. I was referred by my Aunt who had 4 windows installed & she was very pleased with the service & finished product. I decided to go ahead & have my 2 windows installed. I'm very pleased with the great service & installation I received. The gentleman was very nice & did the job all my himself. I will in the near future have my other 2 windows done by Lux.

I LOVE my new windows and doors!

Through every step, your company has been consistent in excellence. From sales, to installation, to customer service, everyone has been so professional...showing up on time, being skilled in their roles, communicating well, and generally caring about the customer. The installers (Clive and Todd) worked efficiently all day with complete attention to detail, were very respectful, and cleaned up every bit of debris.

I will definitely be calling Lux soon to do my upstairs windows!

Great first experience with Lux. Flawless installation with a great final product. I laid back for the day while they did all the work and were pleasant to deal with. My neighbor was quick to comment on how great the windows looked.
