From the quote to installation everyone we encountered was helpful, professional, and friendly. The crew (Jack and his team) worked diligently to replace/add 9 new windows to our home
in two days. It was a huge job but they strategically worked their way through the rooms ensuring the transformation was organized and precise while they kept things clean and tidied at each
stage. Their attention to detail was

Lux operates with extremely professional and experienced staff. We had a large picture window to replace. The Lux team helped us chose the best design option for this opening based on how we used the living space. The Lux team was extremely responsive, neat and tidy. We were very happy with our experience with Lux from beginning to end.

Wonderful service! We've had three windows replaced in our house and it was so easy, from the initial contact to the install. Now we just call our contact, Annie and she comes out to measure and then then Clive comes in to do the install. Can't wait to see them all again next year!
