Great job, and nice guys doing it...I was surprised on how quickly the job was done...

Very impressed with the work that was completed. The team was very professional, made considerable effort in the detailed work they were doing and addressed questions we had. We really appreciated how they were careful with the surroundings. They were here for two days and pretty much worked non-stop. You can tell that they took great pride in their work.

The product itself seemed well constructed. There were a few very minor flaws from the factory - but each issue was addressed promptly. That was "customer service".

Sales staff were great and returned my calls promptly. Estimater was accurate and gave me excellent advise. Installers were very profesional , skilled and performed work very efficiently. Finished project exceeded my expectations and I have been told I have higher than normàl expectations . Window quality and function I am very happy with. They came to measure, came a second time to verify the measures, and installed the windows to my complete satisfaction. The crew left the site as clean as it was when they arrived. AND THEN THEY TOALLY FLOORED ME!!! A week later, they called to say that, after cashing my payment and verifying the ordre, they noticed I was charged too much, so they're mailing me a reimbursement cheque for $300!!! Have you ever heard of a company who, once paid, tells you they charged too much and actually send you money back? They have to be the most honest business in the Ottawa region and can be sure I will do business with them again. Can they be trusted? You bet!!!

Installed new windows to replace originally installed Windows from builder (8 years earlier). Original windows were leaky & not very good thermally.

We purchased a home mid 2016 in Ottawa, ON which had had Verdun Windows replace windows 16 years previously. The homeowner still had all the paperwork and although the warranty was not transferable at the time and only good for 10 years it was good knowledge to have.
In the summer of 2017 we were undertaken renovations which included removing the bay window and converting it to a patio door. Upon opening the wall, we realized no new header had been installed, etc. Knowing the work had been completed by Verdun, we contacted them to see what we could do. They went above and beyond. Removed the bay window and re-framed the entire opening correctly. I was able to complete the installation of my new patio door without any unforeseen costs!
If a company is ready to stand behind their product after 17 years and it's not even the same owner...no arguments or trying to get out of it!! How can you really consider shopping anywhere else for your windows and doors?
