I called to book an appointment for an estimate and Nathalie answered all my questions with a smile (I could tell). Pat showed up for the estimate, was very professional, gave me all the details and gave me a very reasonable estimate. At this point I already had a very good feeling about the product and service. Finally the crew (Ghislain and Sean) showed up on time, were very professional and paid very close attention to every detail. They installed the door with the same care as they would on their own home. They take pride in their work; that's for sure!!! Everything was perfect and the area was cleaned up beter then when they arrived! When you see Mike Holmes on TV and and wonder if anyone is actually like that in real life, these guys are. Very Impressive!!!

Jimmy and Stephane arrived at the scheduled time for the work to be done. They were very knowledgeable and skilled. They worked in an efficient manner and left our house very clean after the work was done. They were both very professional and pleasant. We will definetely call Verdun again if we ever need doors and windows replacement.

The work was done well, and on time. There was one error though, but it was corrected without incident. I very much appreciated the installation and repair teams arriving when they said they would and doing their work very quickly.

I purchased their new solid core windows that the sales person pushed on me. The sales person assured me that the difference would be night and day concerning the amount of heat coming in the house compared to my old windows. We have many South facing windows and our house is like a sauna during the day.
$16000 later. I get ZERO difference. I didn't have a chance to review sooner because we had a lot of rainy days this summer before I finally realized how poor these windows actually filtered out the sun.
The solid core design looks very appealing but I find they are very poor at filtering noise. I seem to hear the cars and rain more than my original wood framed windows.
Prior to the installation of my patio door the sales person measured and ordered the wrong size door. The installers noticed this error and contacted the sales person. He tried to make me pay an additional $500 for his mistake. I had to argue with him to correct his mistake which delayed the job several weeks. He also said that he would come by to inspect the job after it was completed which he hasn't done.
I regret having spent that much money on these windows and would not recommend anyone buy these if they have a lot of sun exposure!

Very impressed with the work that was completed. The team was very professional, made considerable effort in the detailed work they were doing and addressed questions we had. We really appreciated how they were careful with the surroundings. They were here for two days and pretty much worked non-stop. You can tell that they took great pride in their work.

The product itself seemed well constructed. There were a few very minor flaws from the factory - but each issue was addressed promptly. That was "customer service".

Sales staff were great and returned my calls promptly. Estimater was accurate and gave me excellent advise. Installers were very profesional , skilled and performed work very efficiently. Finished project exceeded my expectations and I have been told I have higher than normàl expectations . Window quality and function I am very happy with. I would not hesitate to recommend Verdun to anyone.
