Verdun Windows And Doors

After 18 years of builder grade windows it was time for replacement. We looked at several high end windows and installation companies and decided to go with Verdun due to reviews and their new RevoCell window. We could not be happier! The windows look and functions amazingly and you can see the quality of workmanship that went into their manufacturing. The crew of Frank & Nick were awesome, they arrived on time, were very polite and did a fantastic job of installation and clean up. 12 casement, 2 bay windows and a patio door installed in a day and a half. We would highly recommend Verdun Window & Doors!!

I had 14 windows replaced and received exceptional service by Verdun. Salesman Max was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. He was easy to contact and typically replied within minutes. The installation was done by Eric and his understudy. Eric is truly a skilled installer and pays attention to the minor details. His work is meticulous and efficient and his attention to detail sets him apart from other tradesman. It is easy to see that Eric takes pride in his work. Eric has a vast knowledge of his trade and offered advice on other windows that were not in the work order. He truly went above and beyond. There were two windows that were incorrect and without hesitation Eric had the new windows ordered and installed the next day. I would highly recommend Verdun for their services.

Verdun quick to send a salesperson. Responded to all our questions.
We waited for the measuring guy on the specified date scheduled, a few hours later - Verdun contacted. They informed mistake and scheduled date was for a week later other than what we thought.
Windows and patio door installed May 4. Great job.
Seen a few minor repairs that required the installer to come back. I contacted Verdun through numerous emails and finally someone responded making an appointment for the original installer to come back on May 22 EARLY morning (around 7am), it is now 10:00 and nobody has shown up or called. I contacted Verdun, explained the situation, was transferred to another person, explained the situation, was transferred to another person (I left a message), still waiting and it has been approx. 30 minutes. Needless to say - Verdun very quick on getting the contract signed, windows look (seem) great, service however is not up to our satisfaction and on their website they state: Best-in-class service and follow-up! I would not recommend Verdun because of poor service, lots of emailing to get responses and long waiting periods for responses to our huge investment purchase!!!!!!

Everything went well and the team was awesome. They arrived on time, they did a great job! They cleaned up everything before leaving. The windows are beautiful and the front door is perfect!

There was a minor problem with our patio door weatherstripping. Benjamin repaired the area and adjusted the door back to perfection! He answered a few window-related questions I had with informative and helpful answers. He is very knowledgeable and personable!

I had a service call due to a repair damage from a delivering company.
Since I had my doors installed by Verdun last year, I only had great service,
Pierre showed up on time yesterday, repaired the door left the spot clean, he was very polite.

Verdun Windows and Doors has proven to me that they are the premiere windows and doors renovators in the Ottawa area. I am very satisfied with the quality and price of the new front bay windows that we had installed today. The installation team of Emmanuel Trepanier, Jonathan Lacasse and Maxime Lalonde did an excellent job. It was apparent, right from their arrival, that they work well together and they are focussed on providing a high quality installation with the effective and efficient use of the time available to complete the job. They definitely know what needs to be done and how to do it right, the first time. I highly recommend Verdun Windows and Doors to anyone who requires windows on their home. Also, I recommend this installation team due to their noticeable experience and very positive customer service.

The team of Eric and Marvin was excellent. They are very professional friendly. Showed up on time as scheduled and cleaned up work site nicely after each day'so work. No complaints.

Very impressed with the work John V. did. He did the installation of all 7 windows and patio doors. He answered all our questions and even helped our neighbour with a window issue. The installation was done very well and he also left over place extremely tidy. They schedules 2 days to complete the installation however John completed it in only one day.

We had 11 windows and a patio door installed and they look great. The installation crew was clean and paid attention to the fine details. The install did take a little longer than originally thought because of trim and number of products to install but it was worth the extra day and time. The sales person and service manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final product and service and we are very appreciative of their effects.
