First of all I’d like to say that they did an excellent job of installing the window and most importantly whenever I tried to contact the sales person Andrew, he was always available.
However I can’t say there were no issues, I did have an issue with respect to the old window that was removed. The old window was perfectly good and I had hoped to save the window panes with the
installation. However this didn’t happen. When I
contacted Verdun they were not only apologetic but agreed to replace the two panes that were damaged in my old window as well as giving me two extra
panes due to the inconvenience. Definitely above and
beyond.
