Parker and Sean did an amazing job installing my new heat pump and hot water tank. Another company told me I needed a new furnace when it's two years old. The other company gave me a quote then when I tried to book increased their quote by 7k. Called Action back and they were out the next day. So happy I used Action.... Parker and Sean walked me through all the maintenance for my new systems and showed me how to adjust things...

This was my first time and ONLY time using Action Furnace.

The Technician was very informative and professional. He checked my furnace and relative connections very detailed. And, afterword he explained very clearly the results.

But unfortunately my experience after was not handled well by their customer service person, Alex.

When the tech was in, he must have accidentally disconnected the hanging cord on the floor and I had no hot water. I did not discover this until a few days later, as I was away, and called a plumber to come look. I did not think that the "furnace tune-up" would have any effect on my hot water tank and also didn't think that Action FURNACE provided work on hot water tanks. So, I was charged $262.50 from the plumber, who only plugged the cord back in and the hot water tank works fine. So, I sent an email to Action Furnace to reimburse me for this unnecessary expense I incurred.

When I spoke with Alex, he said that they would have to open a full investigation and that there would be repercussion on the tech. I did not feel this was fair to the tech, as it was an honest mistake. So, I told Alex that I would not longer use their services.

The "free" furnace tune-up ended up costing me $262.50 + days without hot water.

Great experience! Action Furnace was able to send someone right away and Mason did an absolutely fantastic job diagnosing and fixing the problem we were experiencing with our furnaces. He took the time to explain the problem, showed picture/video of what he repaired and then advised us on how best to avoid similar issues and what to do with our HVAC equipment as it ages. Can't say enough about the service we received! Hat's off to Mason and thanks again to Action Furnace.

This is our first time using Action Furnace. The Technician Austin is very informative and professional. He checked our furnace and relative connections very detailed. After the works, he explained very clearly regarding the conditions of our facilities. He answered all our questions and provided us with constructive suggestions. We are very satisfied with the furnace tune up service. We do happy to continue using Action Furnace service in the future and highly recommend to other people.

I received a complimentary furnace inspection and Austin did a good job and he was very pleasant.

Unfortunately I would not recommend action furnace.

We ended up going with action furnace although they were more expensive than another competitor, simply because of the numerous benefits that were listed in their customer service.

After a month of having our AC installed, it had frozen up and stopped working. According to their no frustration guarantee we would be eligible to receive a free hotel and $500. When I called about this I spoke to someone who tried to give every excuse of why this wouldnt apply, when there are no contingencies listed on this guarantee. It has been a month and a half and no one will return my call, and it is listed on my file that it doesnt apply because it was an issue with my thermostat, when the technician never once said that was the cause of the air conditioner freezing up.

Beyond the worst customer service. They will try anything to get out of what they promise, and ignore you when you try to make it right. My assumption would be their reviews are based on people who have received basic services without issues, and when there are issues, this is where they are deceitful and try to blame the customer.

The technician who came yesterday, Swish, was a very helpful person. He was professional, courteous and was well versed in the job he was doing. He gave us information on the ongoing maintenance that we can watch for ourselves. He also suggested an air conditioning Maintenance which we felt was worthwhile. We highly recommend Action Furnace.

Have used Action 20+ years for annual checkups. Pre-paid in monthly installments. Always capable & efficient. Preventative maintenance makes for better performance, longer life cycle and no winter time emergencies.

Service call was excellent Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had very good advice. All aspects of the furnace were checked and a report was emailed to me. I would highly recommend Action Furnace.

We had the fortune to work with Josh and his team, consisting of Jay and Chris, in the installation of a new AC unit. Service was professional and efficient. All done in 1 day. So far very pleased with the outcome.
