Furnace fail

Service Tech skills were excellent. Recommend the Total Comfort Club service program - wish I'd known about it sooner. A1. Felt bad for the tech though. Complicated appointments earlier in the day necessitated arrival 2 hours after my appointment window.

Duct, furnace, and dryer vent cleaning

The technician, Kyle, was polite, friendly, and professional. He was able to answer my questions and made some recommendations that would save me money and lead to a longer lasting furnace.
The company has a good yearly checkup program which can save you time and money.

After Hours Furnace Repair

Jim (a senior technician) came to our home for an after-hours furnace repair and saved our bacon as our house was starting to get cold and we have newborns. He was super knowledgeable and helpful, and walked me through what he found and the costs/options to address. He also gave me a free furnace tune-up and a heads up on a potential future repair so I can save up for it. We also saved money by joining the Action Furnace Comfort club, which was a no brainer as we already needed a repair. Highly recommend Jim and Action Furnace, have peace of mind knowing that you'll be well taken care of and the pricing with be fair!
