Action Furnace Inc

During the heat wave we had, I saw a flyer from Action Furnace and thought..mmm, I will probably be charged double and it'll take a month to get an install date. I e-mailed for a quote. Within the hour Gayla from Action Furnace replied and sent out Ryan their sales manager. Couldn't have dealt with a more professional and easy going person. (He might need to work on his golf game though). He said there is no way Action Furnace will ever up sell due to weather and the wait list (the day of the quote it was about 32 C) would be 12 days. Once I received the quote (NOPE, NO
UPSALE) I said, let’s go with it. He mentioned to me being put on a wait list. Within 1 day, Ryan called and asked if the next day would be ok to put in the AC. The installers, Jed and Adam, introduced themselves and got started. These guys were fantastic. Any question I had they answered, they were done within 4 hours, gave me the tour on how to work it and what to expect for winterizing. I would recommend Action Furnace. From start to finish all the people I dealt with were fantastic. Glad I could wear my toque in my very cold house. It even kept my beers cold. Thanks guys
