From the initial quote appt to the final installation being completed, Boulevard lived up to all expectations they had set out in the inital appt. I am very pleased with their work, commitment to detail and for once, getting the job completed on time. Nothing worse then contractors taking longer then promised but they were on the ball with all of my questions and installation dates. There was no clean up for us to do after the job, they took everything with them from the old windows to packaging of the new ones. Very impresed on their customer service!!

From the first time Vanessa came to our home for the no pressure quote right through to the end of the job we found everyone from Boulevard professional and a pleasure to deal with. Vanessa explained the benefits and features of the windows and explained in detail the install procedures. Vanessa even recommended some ideas that we had not considered. After ordering Holly kept us updated on the eta of the windows and co-ordinated the install within the time frame promised. The installation crew arrived on time and the installation was organized and flawless . The workmanship and attention to detail by the crew exceeded our expectations. The house was left tidy so all we had to do was sit back and admire our new windows. We really notice the difference with the new windows- our home is so much warmer and our neighbours have commented on how wonderful they look. Our next project is siding the house within the next few months and once again we will be contacting Boulevard .Vanessa and John have already give us many unique ideas. A++++ I am very pleased with the level of service that I have received from start to finish. We were in need of new windows for our home & started calling around for quotes. We were greeted with extreme professionalism when we called Boulevard. We were told that we could have someone on site the next day to take a look at our needs. The following day we met our contractor Vanessa. We say "our" as we knew immediately that she knew her stuff above the rest of the contractors that came into our home. Not only was she very informative, but she was also very honest in respect to our needs. She wasn't more concerned about selling us the most expensive windows.. She made sure to give us what we "needed" I have to say that we really appreciate her honesty and the fact that we felt she was looking out for us like she would someone in her own family. Not only that, but in the savings she was able to provide on our windows.. we had enough left over in our budget to get a new front door too!!! The install was smooth with zero issues. We are very happy with our new windows & the front door. We already feel a sense of warmth and security in our home. Again I can't say thank you enough. You don't find this type of one on one personalized service anymore. They met all of my needs and expectations above and beyond.. Thanks Vanessa!!
