We had a bad experience when our Skylight was replaced, I expressed my concern with Denis the President and was told there must have been a miscommunication as to what the finished product would look like. I was unhappy with this response and expressed that and placed a review that expressed my feelings. Denis contacted me almost immediately with some suggestions on how to correct the problem. Took a while because of the weather but they rectified the problem yesterday and i am very happy with the finished product now. Thank you Denis for going the extra to satisfy a customer.

Thank you for your comments. Its unfortunate that we did not make clear enough, the possibility that some drywall repairs could still be needed after our work. We are happy that the addition of a layer of trim was able to cover over the drywall issues and the leakage damage from the old skylights.
