Thanks to Denis Charron for his honesty and integrity today when assessing if water leakage into the corner ceiling of our front bedroom was coming from the Skylight (over 10 years old - not installed by Skylights Unlimited).
We expected to be quoted over $1000.00 to replace the skylight in question but were told it was likely a freak happening - possibly due to wind and rain hitting the pan on top of the chimney. It's unlikely to happen again.

Denis would never recommend for a skylight to be replaced just to make a sale if he didn’t believe that it was necessary.
